Hello! I’m so glad you’re reading this because it means one thing: You’re about to live one of the most important days of your life! A unique and special day where the center of everything is love with all the people who have accompanied you during your life will be gathered to celebrate the love of that union with your partner.

This deep appreciation for the love surrounding us is one of the driving forces behind my passion for capturing weddings. This day holds immense significance in people’s lives. It’s a one-of-a-kind opportunity to celebrate love with all the extraordinary individuals who contribute to the beauty of your life and have chosen to be part of your unique story.

One of the wedding moments that always warms my heart is witnessing that beautiful mix of nervousness and excitement. It’s that exquisite moment right before stepping out to the ceremony, gazing at your reflection in that carefully chosen wedding dress or suit that had been a dream for so long and is now a stunning reality. Just as I mentioned earlier, you’re on the brink of experiencing one of the most breathtaking moments of your life.

So, relish every step of planning your wedding, savoring each detail, because in the end, what truly matters is the love that binds the two of you together and all those cherished souls who are joining you on this special day, adding an extra layer of magic to your already incredible wedding journey.

If the core essence of your wedding revolves around love, family, friends, laughter, and those beautifully spontaneous moments, I’d be absolutely thrilled to capture and immortalize that day for eternity.

Observation is my passion. My approach to photography is deeply intimate, personal, and authentically connected. I’m continually dedicated to preserving the essence of emotions and the sheer beauty of your wedding day within every single image I capture. Each wedding holds its own unique magic, and it’s this distinctive charm that I wholeheartedly embrace.

From my point of view, wedding photography transcends aesthetics; it’s about crafting images that resonate with profound meaning. Pictures that will stir your heart when you revisit them a decade from now, evoking that same spine-tingling sensation you felt during that tender ceremony kiss.

When I commit to full wedding day coverage, it means I’m by your side from the very beginning. From those precious moments as you prepare for your special day. There isn’t a fixed starting time for me; instead, in the week leading up to the wedding, we’ll have a chat to iron out the details of your morning preparations. It’s at that moment when I begin capturing photographs of all the intricate details – your shoes, that stunning dress, the heartfelt invitations, and everything else that holds significance for you on this momentous day.

The preparations hold a special place in my heart because they’re one of the most intimate moments you’ll share with your family on your wedding day. From there, we transition to the ceremony, where I meticulously capture every facet – the shared glances, the infectious laughter, and the warm embraces. I don’t miss a beat, documenting the genuine reactions of your loved ones.

After the ceremony, I like to carve out some time to create beautiful photographs with just the two of you. This is when we encapsulate the pure magic of your emotions, the boundless love, the hearty laughter, and, of course, that exquisite dress you’ll be wearing.

Following this intimate session, we head to the reception, where I’m there to freeze-frame all the enchantment of your family and friends. This is when we’ll seize the moments of your first dance, the teary-eyed reactions as they watch you dance, and, of course, all the exuberant fun that unfolds during the party.

Save the date & trash the dress

The “Save the Date” or pre-wedding session is a relaxed affair that we embark on. We find a charming location to chat, enjoy each other’s company, and, of course, capture some beautiful photographs. My aim is to portray your natural self during this laid-back day, and above all, we’re here to have a blast with the photos. It’s the perfect opportunity to share a sneak peek with your overseas guests, building up excitement for the upcoming wedding. In the case of destination weddings, I often recommend scheduling this session a few months before the big day when you come for a visit.

Now, let’s talk about the “Trash the Dress” or post-wedding session – don’t worry, I won’t actually destroy your dress! It’s just a catchy name that’s commonly used. This session involves slipping back into that gorgeous dress and dashing suit to capture some leisurely photographs, free from the time constraints of the wedding day. It’s a chance to relive the experience, unwind, and create memories in a different location, perhaps a place that holds special meaning for you.

For destination weddings where you’re traveling solely for the wedding festivities in Guatemala, we can consider alternatives, such as capturing photographs during the welcome dinner or welcome party.
